What did you enjoy most about your experience with A Little Something White?

The ladies at A Little Something White are your bridal best friends. They welcomed us in with open arms from the moment I made my appointment over the phone. It was an instant bond and I knew from right then I would be leaving the shop the happiest bride to be.

How and where did you get engaged?

Saturday, November 1, 2014. What I thought was going to be a great vacation became so much more when Lou asked me to make him the happiest man in the world by proposing on the first night of our trip. The engagement celebrations lasted for the next three amazing days through our arrival at home with friends and family all but bursting through the doors to congratulate us. It was truly a trip of a lifetime and I can promise you we will never forget Vegas.

What was your favorite part of your wedding day?

It’s hard to pick out just one moment of our unforgettable day in beautiful Puerto Rico, but the ceremony surprised me the most. Having never met the reverend, we were a little nervous; however, he resided over the most heartfelt ceremony I had ever been to. And in typical Ash and Louie fashion we exchanged our vows in between constant smiles and laughs!

What surprised you most about shopping for your bridal gown?

How easy it was. Amber went through the shop picking out dresses without almost no guidance from me and it seemed each one I tried on was better than the one before. I said yes to not only my wedding day gown, but a hometown reception within an HOUR!

If you could give a piece of advice to a bride going through the process now, what would it be?

Go in with an open mind and have fun!
